Contract period : Immediate (11months)
Job scope :
1. Carry out physical checks on equipment, update the master-listing and manage any changes/follow up required for the equipment. The master-listing will be in excel.
2. Handle the migration of inventory records to SFA’S new Asset Management System (AMS). The work will include:
a) Identify, check, tag and confirm the IT Equipment to transfer to the new system. There are about 1000 laptops with accessories such as monitors and docking stations and about 350 iPads. The equipment is spread across SFA offices.
b) Update the current master-listing and ensure the records accurate and ready to be exported to the new System.
c) Work with the respective stake holders to ensure all the records are accurate. Update and follow up on any discrepancies in the master-listing.
d) Upload the master-listing to SFA’s AMS by working with the AMS vendor on their loading template.
3. Assist in the liaising with users on schedule to implement new ICT service implementation and track the overall progress.
Qualifcations
1. ‘O’ level / Higher Nitec / Nitec. Salary max $14.20 per hour depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
2. Candidates with relevant job experience will have an advantage.
Other requirements :
1. Candidates should preferably have experience and familiar with the use and specifications of Infocom and Communications Technology (ICT) equipment like Personal Computers, Tablet devices (e.g Apple iPads) and computer accessories like Monitor and docking station.
2. Proficient and Meticulous at record keeping.
3. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint competently.
5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and be able to work as a team.
6. Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
