Responsibilities:
- Manage sales administration and coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer requests for quotations and product information for new purchases or license/maintenance renewals.
- Process confirmed sales orders.
- Handle customer delivery requests and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Assist with tender requirements and follow-up in liaison with Suppliers and the Technical Solution Team.
- Build strong customer relationships to identify additional business opportunities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
- Strong customer experience mindset with excellent listening, understanding, and response skills.
- Eager to learn and a team player.
