Responsibilites:
- Organize customer service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Maintain customer service standards and procedures.
- Provide support services to the department store, including handling Goods and Service Tax Refunds, Smart-Card applications, Public Announcements, Lost and Found cases/reports, etc.
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and take necessary actions; handle feedback and complaints effectively.
- Compile customer feedback and suggestions to enhance service standards and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
