Our client, an established logistics company providing services in Healthcare Logistics Transport Solutions, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operational activities to the customers accounts (Medical Institutions/ Medical Devices)
• Manage a team of customer service personnel; provide guidance and support to the team to ensure quality service is provider to customers and key clients
• Represent the company as the main point of contact for clients; Manager both internal and external customers
• Work closely with clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolutions of any issues that arise
• Establish Service Key Performance; Conduct gap analysis, identify areas for improvements to improve service level, productivity to meet and/ or exceed customer’s satisfaction
• Manage the performance of the team and develop them for further development
• Lead and manage the implementation of any new projects
• Manage the P&L of assigned client/ customer accounts
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare logistics firm
• Proficient in SAP will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of distribution, warehousing and logistics concepts
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Handle incoming calls and emails on customer orders in a timely manner
• Process sales order, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes
• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections
• Liaise and update customers on any backorders, contracts etc
• Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoice payment
• Provide administrative support, as and when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Some experience is customer service/ logistics will be advantageous though not required
