DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Reception Clerk
• Provide day-to-day customer service for existing customers
• In-charge of all administrative duties given by managers e.g;
Filing, data entries, email, answering phone calls & attending to queries/complains
• Dispatching, coordinate with Maintenance & Pest Team on required maintenance assistance &
• schedules
• Assisting Maintenance, Pest & Grounds Team in scheduling appointments with residents
• Generate daily outstanding service call & weekly requirement meeting reports
• PR skills with meeting every customer’s needs, queries & good follow-up skills with initiatives. Maintaining filing system
