Your Role:
- At CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), we are providing customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across their entire Supply Chain. Our operations teams located across the globe in our Control Towers provide services around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Monitoring, as well as managing performance and freight cost.
- This role ensures operational services are executed in an effective and efficient manner across several transport service providers and different modes of transport, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.
Responsibilities:
- Effective communications with all stakeholders
- Manage disruptions and emergencies that present risk to the supply chain
- Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to established work standards and work processes
- Ongoing onboarding and training of vendors SOP and systems use
- Implement changes to processes or policies as determined by the process owners
- First point of contact for all operational issues with the Client
- Track compliance performance of 3PL providers and carriers
- Support the preparation of periodic reporting, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved including on time performance and data accuracy
- Suggest corrective actions as necessary to prevent / address issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Equivalent of a Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to interact with people of cross functional and diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and set priorities
- Ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude in the workplace.
