Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the company, addressing technical issues and queries.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations of computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Support IT requirements for manufacturing systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Assist with maintaining cybersecurity protocols and data backups.
Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT systems and tools.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and IT service management practices.
Knowledge of basic IT support tools.
