Leading Retail Group with investment footprints across Asia Pacific, seeks dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service Executive!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling of general customers’ enquiries and feedback as well as to support Facebook enquiries.
- Monthly submission and presentation of Monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Report.
- Assist in running of Customer Service Committee.
- Support company events, closed door events, Bookfest or Warehouse Sales.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills
- Good in written communications.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is an advantage.
