As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold CSE’s in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions. You will align with customers' desired business outcomes, enable them on their existing products and services, and work with them to identify opportunities to expand into additional products and services, all while ensuring world-class customer experience, value, and satisfaction. 

As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
• Strategise on the overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the customer and their business and strategic objectives
• Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer’s footprint
• Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases, then suggesting process improvements, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
• Provide web-based training to user groups to support organisational adoption
• Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage across organisational functions and processes
• Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
• Engage with Dynatrace customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
• Engage with Dynatrace Product management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
• Help to document best practices in developing and using Dynatrace
• Provides insight, advice, and ‘street credibility’ with technical teams to understand technical issues and possible workarounds.
• Has deep understanding of customers’ infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements to speed up resolution.

Job Description

• Be the trusted advisor and primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of up to 30 organizations across APAC region and engage proactively with them on a regular basis
• Leverage your and your team’s expertise to increase adoption and utilization of Dynatrace capabilities
• Demonstrate product capabilities beyond core features to help the customer achieve specific business results and realise maximum value from the product
• Identify opportunities and close additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related services and discovery of additional use cases
• Be accountable for client renewal and retention rates
• Ensure deployment and utilization best practices are implemented and understood, and collaborate with partners and internal consulting functions to drive timely results
• Handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of Dynatrace to ensure flawless delivery (including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, Support)

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with mature and growing customers and help them unleash the value of Dynatrace through strategic alignement and enablement
• Be the champion of deployment success by mapping out relevant stakeholders and engaging them on relevant value propositions
• Identify additional use cases to be implemented within current book of business
• May support higher-level account managers working on larger accounts from time to time
• Visit client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal
• Coordinates sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals

The IT Support Engineer I is responsible for providing local and remote technical services to Dynatrace employees worldwide through a variety of media including support portals, email, chat and videoconferencing. The role requires strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills and operates autonomously to implement proactive customer technical solutions.

Ability to work within a global team is imperative and experience working internationally/across multiple time zones is preferable. You must have a desire to work within and contribute to global procedures and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end Incident, Service Request and Problem management including qualified escalation to Business Systems and Infrastructure specialists where necessary.
• Responsible for executing local and regional projects as part of global programs such as the deployment of new client hardware and software technologies; asset logistics and demand management; office relocations.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining process & workflow documentation related to Service Desk operations for both internal and customer use cases.
• Provides regional and global client support as required; primarily the support and maintenance of client hardware including MacBooks, iPhones and PC laptops.
• Provides suggestions and feedback for team & workplace operational process improvement.
