Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build, establish, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and ensure 100% inventory accuracy in both physical and system tracking for inbound and outbound goods.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve any discrepancies in inbound and outbound goods on a weekly basis.
- Order Shipment Processing: Accurately process order shipments based on the customer’s instructions and internal guidelines, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Collaboration with Warehouse Operations: Work closely with the Warehouse Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate movement of inventory.
- Physical Workload: Ability to handle physical tasks within the warehouse as part of routine duties.
- Other Duties: Any ad hoc duties assigned by Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service
- Training provided for those with lesser experience
