Supervise and manage the Service Team.
Keep all the systems installed in Asia at the agreed level of efficiency.
To oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks in accordance to maintenance instructions/procedures.
Take responsibility to maintain all the tools, test equipment, and test jigs required for Service Team usage.
Meet the service level for both Preventive Maintenances and Corrective Maintenances Tasks.
Take control of local inventory and generate weekly report on usage/top up.
Participate in new machine installation, commissioning, buy off and reports.
Participate in data analysis on new and old failure on system.
Laise and communicate with customer to provide Service weekly report.
Publish weekly report and other related reports as per request.
Perform any job assigned from time to time by the management.
