Mondays to Fridays: 0900 to 1730 Hrs
Saturdays: 0900 to 1300 Hrs
Looking for dynamic individuals for our Junior Customer Service Executive Position, no experience required, on-job training will be provided.
Duties:
1. Carry out daily logs checks for Deliveries of the day.
2. Handling and managing daily Calls from Customers and directing the individual to the most suitable person in-charge.
3. Filing and documentation of daily sales.
4. Assist the Sales Personnels with documentation location when needed.
5. Making sure delivery orders issued are dispatched, otherwise to inform on outstanding.
6. Check on Outstanding Sales Orders and follow through on reported issues.
7. Be responsible for keeping all documentations in neat order.
