1. Supervision of Employees / Drivers
2. Assessing the efficiency and technical proficiency of the team
3. Ensuring employees work safety / work process.
4. Resolving operational issues.
5. Monitor daily workflows to ensure operational needs are met.
6. Manage and fulfil Upper Management’s work targets / goals.
7. Prepare reports for upper management regarding operational issues.
8. Perform other operations related duties as assigned.
B. Competencies
1. Good communication skills and able to engage difficult personalities.
2. Active participation in engaging clients and fellow colleagues
3. Holds regular meetings for updating, gaining experience in slides presentation.
4. Gains experience in software development for logistics.
Class 3 License (preferably)
