[What you will be working on]

You will provide case counselling/management support to Special Education Needs (SEN) students. You will be part of the professional team to coordinate and monitor the help provided to these SEN students and/or work with their families and relevant stakeholders within ITE/external agencies to render support to these SEN students.

[What we are looking for]

You are expected to provide case counselling/management support for SEN students and their families and implement intervention programme, which include the following:

- Case counselling/management support for SEN students

- Referring SEN students to relevant stakeholders within and outside ITE to render necessary support
- Implement programmes for SEN students’ mental wellness social-emotional development

[What you will be working on]

You will be required to:

• Lead and supervise a team of support staff in day-to-day operations, key systems and customer service touch-points (Counter, Call Centre and Email), and any new touch-points created
• Execute daily work at assigned touchpoint(s) through understanding of customer service policies, work processes and use of systems (e.g. Telephony, Customer Relationship Management, Queue Management, etc.)
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints and compliments
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) for intakes and support department projects and prepare related reports for submission.
• Help manage the social media platforms and QSM system.
• Assist and support any other projects/events/duties as assigned within the department

[What we are looking for]

• You should be a team player with at least three years’ experience in the service industry
• You should be IT Savvy with a knowledge of CRM systems, have an affinity for learning, exploring and applying technological and digital solutions to the workplace
• You should also have proven administrative and organisational skills, as well as excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• You should be able to lead/supervise a team of support/counter staff

In addition to your teaching duties, you will carry out industry or consultancy projects to help you remain relevant in your profession and to evolving changes in industry, and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools. You will also have the opportunity to have industry attachments or experience on a regular basis to update your skills, knowledge and practices of your profession.

[What we are looking for]

You should be a Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who have worked in the social service industry or hospital setting, with at least 3 years of working experience. Experience in working with the elderly, people with disability or special needs population will be an advantage.

Those with good and relevant experience can look forward to Senior Lecturer or equivalent positions, with career development opportunities to leadership positions in the Colleges or Headquarters.

- IT Service Management

In addition, you should have at least 3 years of relevant industry experiences. Professional certifications in Data Centre Operations or equivalent will be an advantage. You should have a passion and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with youth, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
