Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in-field and in-house.
• Assist in product design from inception to commissioning.
• Supervise quality control plans and workshop maintenance.
• Liaise with customers, analyze non-conformity reports, and propose solutions.
• Conduct Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Travel within Asia Pacific, India Middle- Eastern countries to support sales, and improve department processes.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in field service, vehicles or wind energy industry.
• Able to commit standby and travel.
• Able to commit frequent travel 75%
