Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend and welcome to walk-in customers ensuring they have a positive experience at our outlet.
- Handle inquiries about services, packages, and appointments in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Manage customer's appointment bookings.
- Coordinate schedules for dedicated practitioners.
- Keep the reception area and client waiting areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, refreshments).
- Promote wellness packages, memberships, and special offers to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing system.
