Job description
As a Service Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that services meet the established standards set by ISS and the client. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of our services adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. Inspection of the service quality is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality inspections and audits daily on the service standards
- Monitor adherence to all the established SOPs on site to ensure service quality meet defined specifications and standards.
- Reporting to the Assistant Resident Managers (ARMs) to ensure all routine works are fulfilled.
- Document and report non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Operate autonomous robotic and all cleaning machines efficiently and manage on-site systems while responding promptly to the system requirements or issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NITEC or Diploma holders (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Able to do shift work
- Proficient in MS Office especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess good communication skills - written and verbal
- Singaporeans only
