Position Overview
The Receptionist cum Cashier is the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. You will manage front desk operations, handle reservations, and process payments while delivering exceptional service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide basic information about the menu and ongoing promotions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle feedback and escalate concerns to the manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of using POS systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
