We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Energetic Admin & Operations Support Executive who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Perform daily data update
Ø Perform daily invoice preparation
Ø Setup billing and payments
Ø Coordinate ad-hoc requests from customers
Ø Responsible for data entry and information management, including e-filing, contact database and document management
Ø Mange and coordinate meeting calendar
Ø Handle office management and other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proactive Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
- Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
- Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
- Patient listener with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- A flair in using new software will be added advantage
