Position: IT Helpdesk Support
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the company's network, service equipment, the daily operation of desktop and management of the company's IT operation
- Provide on-site service support and handle the installation and maintenance of client's computer desktop, hardware and network equipment
- Be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting the video conference system
- The installation, debugging, configuration and maintenance of the desktop equipment (e.g. desktop, notebook, printer, printer, video conference, telephone, etc.)
- Communication with users to ensure the normal operation of the system
- Normal maintenance of network and computer room management (configured switches and firewalls basically)
- Management of the company's IT assets
- Other IT works assigned by the department manager and work report
Job Requirements:
- College degree and above, major in computer and other related fields
- Familiar with the basic network technology, the working principle of TCP/IP protocol, proficient in the configuration of brand network equipment such as Feita and Cisco, and experienced in the operation and maintenance management of computer room is preferred
- Familiar with mainstream systems such as Windows and Mac operating systems, common conference systems and equipments such as Polycom/Cisco/Teams. Experienced in deploying and debugging systems related to AD domain is preferred
- Good communication skills, initiative in work, strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and service
- More than three years of relevant IT helpdesk experience. Experienced in system research and development with logical thinking is preferred
- Handle common computer hardware and software failures independently
- Accept the occasional business trip and hardworking
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
