Job Description:
- Supporting and performing the daily administrative duties.
- Process Centre's expenses, invoices and other requests.
- Record and suimmarize attendance and other related matters.
- Handle the affairs arranged by the HOD / Supervisor.
- Processing recruitment affair.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous, organized, honest and a good team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and other languages.
