Responsibilities:

• To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries.
• Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and
• reports to operation manager if and when necessary.
• You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and
• to report major issues to operation manager for a solution.
• Compile an updated file for pricing from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation on a monthly basis.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for day-to-day sales operation including preparing of sales enquiries up to execution of order.
• Good filing system in hard and soft copies for all enquiries up to completion of order.
• Preparation of enquiries from cost sheet to recommendation for purchase of project enquiries.
• To identify new supply source to add to company’s supplier’s database.
• Ad-hoc data entry.

Work Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management with daily operational matters
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Ensure staff adhere to company SOP
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the managers, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc
• Plan routine cleaning of the outlet
• Routine inventory stock checking
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
• Execution of maintenance schedule for equipment and perform routine inspections
• Able to resolve any service disruptions or customer complaints
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible for the preparation work of outlet opening and closing during operation hours

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Daily Operations

• Operate and run day to day AV and VC system for virtual and physical events
• Plan and manage schedule for multiple Teams/ VC meeting to ensure setup and tests are done
• Responsible in ensuring AV and VC system are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance
• Providing Level 1 support on fault rectification works
• Produce monthly report of the maintenance checks for filing and checking
• Working closely with Facilities Management team on operation.
• Attending to maintenance service requests
• Maintain an asset inventory with proper labelling as well as problem and incident reports
• Coordinate and supervise the rectification of AV and VC defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works
• Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests

Who we are looking for

• Technicians/ Operational Executive shall have at least 1 year experiences in audio visual (AV) equipment operations and maintenance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
• Well knowledge on MS Teams and Polycom system
• Positive working attitude
• Able to handle stress and multitasking
• Good team player
