Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products and systems at customer sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and service fluid control systems, dosing pumps, and water treatment equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and training to clients regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections and assess customer requirements.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and technical feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and manage tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
