Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient sales administration process flow and coordination to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Assist Account Managers in preparing detailed and accurate sales quotations in response to customer inquiries, with timely follow-up.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes and product information, whether for new purchases or renewals of licenses/maintenance agreements.
• Verify pricing before submitting to the Purchasing department to process purchase orders.
• Process confirmed sales orders efficiently.
• Address customer delivery inquiries and collaborate with the Operations team to coordinate logistics.
• Escalate any maintenance or support issues reported by customers to the Operations team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to achieve sales performance targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant data.
• Assist Account Managers with tender requirements by coordinating with Suppliers and the Technical Solution team.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of tenders and provide updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers to identify additional sales opportunities beyond the initially requested products, helping to drive revenue growth.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed or as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
