- Perform front desk duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering phone calls for appointments, responding to questions, and assisting with doctors’ needs.
- Dispensary of medication.
- Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims, and other documentations.
- Draft referral and reply letters to general practitioners (GPs).
- Follow doctor during procedures (scopes) and type reports based on findings.
- Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies, and equipment, including stock-taking and ordering.
- Guide new staff with the clinic duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
