Job Description:
- Resolves anticipated/unanticipated problems on FB/IG/Google review and any other platforms with minimal negative effect while significantly enhancing customer satisfaction that allows accurate handling of complaints according to policies and procedures.
- Provide prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures that are always efficient yet cost-effective & sustainable.
- Responsible for communication work between departments and other clerical work.
- Handle office administrative works, such as filing.
- Ability to accept irregular visits to shops
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Business Studies / Administrative / Management or 1-2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
