(A) Specific:
- Responsible for on-site / off-site / remote troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of IT related solutions.
- Provide service support and maintenance to HQ & Site Office.
- Troubleshoot Desktop / Server / Network / Security / Printer.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks which includes update patches, asset tracking, and status update.
- Liaise with distributors / vendors on application and technical information.
- Prepare and update multimedia slideshow or festival E-Card.
(B) Safety:
- To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulation and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace.
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
(B) Knowledge & Skills:
- Required skills - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
(C) Experience:
- At least 1 year IT helpdesk support experience in technical support on network and application as well as troubleshooting desktop, server, network, security and printer.
