- Good knowledge of school systems such as School/Student Information Management System (SIMS), Content Management System (Joomla, Drupal), and Learning Management System (Moodle)
- Handle internal mailbox relating to issues on applications coming from internal counterparts such as teachers, administrators, students, etc.
- Able to read and understand issues and escalate to relevant channels and L2 application support
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Plan and gather new requirements from stakeholders and write the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and work with the vendors to develop the solutions
- A responsible individual who will hold self-accountable to follow through issues
- Good written English that can effectively communicate the resolution back to the requestor
- Work in a School environment
- This is a temporary job, to stand in for a full-time staff who is going on maternity leave from 13 Jan - 31 Jan 2025
