What your job entails
- Member Assistance: Greet and assist members with their inquiries, reservations and needs.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any member complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bookings Management: Handle bookings and scheduling for kitchen spaces and equipment.
- Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment among members.
- Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen spaces and equipment.
- Communication: Keep members informed about updates, events, and kitchen policies.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from members to improve services and facilities.
