We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our Singapore operations including local Customer Support and Field Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the after-sales team by setting service standards and ensuring KPIs are met
• Ensure strong and clear coordination between departments for minimal resolution times
• Continually devise and monitor operational processes for optimal service delivery, customer satisfaction and productivity
• Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by going above and beyond expectations
• Resolve managerial level customer grievances or special requests
• Weekly/monthly reporting for management review.
• Demonstrate a high level of leadership skills and provide necessary training and guidance to the after-sales service team’s staff to achieve full competencies and the highest brand image possible.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business with outstanding academic performance
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service within automotive aftermarket or SAAS industry, experience in a similar industry is an added advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Good leadership and management skills with strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.

Overview

As a Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) Leader, you will be responsible for a high performing team of Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM’s and CSAM Managers) who are at varying stages of career development, portfolio and program management, cloud service management and technology expertise. This is an exciting role that will help fuel customer in ASEAN, through your leadership with business, customer, and team growth.

This role has direct people management responsibility has overall accountability for their team’s end to end Customer Success planning and delivery to an assigned portfolio of customers, while ensuring close partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Through their team the CSAM Leader is responsible for driving a repeatable and predictable business by leading a team through a coach, model, care framework driving strategic planning and the orchestration of delivery resources to drive strong customer outcomes aligned to their top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management – You will lead by example to proactively develop relationships to further Microsoft's customer success goals with key customer, partner, and internal contacts.
• Customer Success leadership – Customer Strategy and Growth – You will drive conversations with customers to demonstrate alignment between customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.

Job Description

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include supporting the administration functions, conducting education and training programs, convening meetings, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Support researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices
- Liaise and support the centre's leads and research staff to meet the centre's objectives of the centre
- Administrative support for the running of the centre, including arranging meetings, liaising with third party providers and vendors
- Support financial administration, processing of payment, procurement and budget tracking for centre expenses and donor funding
- Tracking of assets and reporting deliverables to funder

b) Education and Training and the Convening of Meetings and Roundtables
- Support Centre Leads in planning and execution of education and training activities of the centre, such as the ACHS webinar series, ACHS fellowship program, workshops on biosafety and health security law attended by local and international guests.
- The responsibilities would include event planning; liaising with vendors; creation of templates and forms; registration; liaising with participants and logistics arrangements including venue, travel and room bookings; and on the ground support for public seminars, workshops held in person and online

c) Collaboration & Partnership
- Liaise and work closely with local, regional and international partners and collaborators, this includes providing support for policy roundtables and panel discussions and the building a network of experienced experts in health security

d) Provide secretariat support for the centre (Faculty Meetings, International Advisory Panel), this includes arranging of meetings, preparation of slides, notes of meeting, communication and dissemination of information, and collation of reports

e) Work closely with other offices in the school, e.g. finance, HR, IT and GHO and university, e.g. OLA, ODPRT, CPO to take forward all administrative tasks, including discussion, collaboration and problem-solving on complex situations

f) Other duties assigned by the Director or Head, Operations

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution with at least five years of experience in an administrative position within the academic, research or healthcare sector
• Strong administrative skills and experience in supporting projects such as convening meetings, organise training and workshops, service contracts, financial administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience organising events, in-person and online is a requirement
• Excellent written and oral communciation skills, with the ability to summarise content, prepare slides, reports and content
• A good team player who is self-motivated, well organised and with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective at problem-solving, able to take initiative to learn on the job and manage various responsibilities.
• IT systems savy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of NUS processes and systems is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates, including senior leadership

Responsibilities:

1) Operations

• Manage and maintain residential/commercial property sites as assigned.
• Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.
• Identifies relevant tender notices and liaise with internal divisions, oversee the entire tender process. (e.g. attending site briefing, costing provisions, quality proposal, tender submission/interview)
• Approve and adhere to budgets and expenditures.
• Maintain good relations with client, staff, contractors and visitors to the site.

2) Managing Employee Development

• Conduct orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
• Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
• Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training, initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate.
• Manage all staff through Scorecard Process with clear defined goals.

3) Maintaining Employee Relations

• Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.
• Utilizes an "open door" policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Head for resolution
• Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

4) Managing Legal and Compliance Practices

• Ensures compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act. (PDPA)
• Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.
• Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., work safety, lost and found items, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, company meetings, etc.
• Conducts periodic claims reviews with the Finance Department to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims.
