We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist and Admin Assistant to join our Client. The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle incoming calls, attend to clients for physical meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person
· Attend to clients Zoom meetings
· Attend to clients at the reception counter
· Print and prepare documents as required
· Assist with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing files
· Copy typing as required
· Assist on some photocopying legal documents as guided
Requirements
· Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
· Experience in reception and administrative work preferred
This is a Part-Time position, and the successful candidate will report directly to the supervisor. 3 – 4 working days per week in the afternoon. If you are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
