Our client is one of the leading players in the Education sector. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accesible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily emails and phone inquiries.
- Provide support, advice, and counseling to students.
- Manage graduation logistics, including payment checks and distribution of transcripts and certificates.
- Schedule and coordinate deferred mid-term tests.
- Arrange exam script viewing sessions for students.
- Explain transfer contracts to students.
- Organize orientations, LinkedIn workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
- Conduct class visits and manage ad-hoc projects or audits.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including attendance checks, student tracking, and course evaluations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or other relevant equivalent field of study.
- Min 1 year of customer service experience, with confidence in attending to students' enquiries.
- Entry level is welcome, with prior customer service exposure is highly prefered.
