Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

• Good bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant Contact Centre / healthcare and operations related experience
• Possess leadership skills with experience in managing team(s) and ability to motivate staff to perform
• Experienced in project management and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to successfully deliver outcomes / meet project milestones
• Highly adaptable and responds with resilience when faced with multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Highly independent, self-motivated and collaborative in team setting
• Good analytical and organization skills with attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, writing and problem solving skill
• Ability to analyse complex issues, identify and communicate potential solutions to get buy-in

• Proficiency with data visualisation / processing and Microsoft suite of applications (eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Support project teams in various project phases of projects from planning to delivery. This could entail helping with documentation, minutes, task tracking, etc.

Support the project teams in project related events/meetings, including security clearance and/or project/site clearance for staff and contractors.

Plan, implement, execute and oversee all aspects of an event.

Process purchase orders and perform acceptance, in a timely and accurate manner.

Co-ordinate and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of goods and information to internal stakeholders.

Support on related reporting and administrative duties, interface with vendor regarding products and services needed.

Meet project deadlines as assigned. Coordinate and execute meeting logistics and event.

Support new business processes by conducting research as well as drafting credentials and proposals. Participate actively in internal and client meetings, offering knowledgeable observations and suggestions; maintains self-awareness and professionalism to ensure contributions are appropriate.

Maintain self-driven passion and actively develop knowledge of client issues and related industry trends, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, participate in industry networking events and inform team leaders of potential new business opportunities.
