• Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/ messages from phone calls or walk-in parents.

• Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including attending to sick and injured students, early dismissals. To escalate such cases to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases 
• Handle/ support situation when student(s) vomited and soiled their clothes. 
• Assist students in times of need, e.g. handling lost & found items, change of uniform, contacting teacher/ parent, locating classroom. 
