Job Scope:

• Provide customer support to customer/shopper's such as enquiry in related to directory/events/promotion/redemption/lost & found.
• Attend to customer's enquiry thru live chat/email responds.
• Assist marketing team in launching event promotion as per plan given
• Assist tenant/customer in related to matters/enquiry
• Prepare routine report reflecting status of customer service for management review
• Take in food order
• Handle customer's table reservation & take note on customer's preference.

Job Requirement:

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Preferably to have experience in customer service
