RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Operations

• Review of all Daily/Monthly Reports via Report-to-Web (except GL Reports to be reviewed by BOSM)
• To scrutinize reports/schedules for unusual entries which may require further investigations / Escalations if required
• To raise any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) if necessary
• Review of Daily Transaction Vouchers
• Stock Control – Custodian for Cashier’s Orders, Savings Passbooks, MLI Cards, Captured MLI/Credit Cards, Cheque Books and any others pending clients’ collection.
• Ensure all Drafts application, Telegraphic Transfer applications, standing instruction, GIRO, Payplus, Clients’ Requests are scanned / batched with appropriate authorization to relevant departments for processing on time
• Collate data/information related to branch reporting.- Accurate & Timely Submission
• Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Returns where applicable
• Reporting of any other Ad hoc information required from time to time
• Assist in answering phones, general enquiries and investigations.
• Branch Cash Operations In absence of BOCEM, CEOM to assume role of Cash Officer (Keyholder / Safe Combination Holder where applicable).
• To execute controls on cash within the present guidelines of the Bank

Limits Management

• Ensure the overall cash is within the Branch Cash Holding limits (end of day Branch limits)
• Ensure all Client Experience Representative (CER)/ Senior Client Experience Representative (CER) do not exceed intra-day limit /end of day cash limit
• Maintenance of Cash position in all auxiliary Services – ATM/CDM
• Escalate in the event of breaching branch cash holding limits to Branch Manager. Inform also via email the Head, Branch Operations and provide reasons / justifications on the breach
• Raise RMS for change of transaction limits when necessary (e.g. upgrade from CL5 to CL4)

Approvals, Controls & Reconciliations

• Ensure dual control operation of the Cash Vault/ATM/CDM
• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Approve movement of cash to and from vault with Senior CER under dual control and confirm denomination and value input in eBranch System
• Approve cash indent and return to MAS/Battery Road Branch via CISCO
• Perform Surprise Cash Checks at a pre-determined frequency
• Daily reconciliation of physical cash in Vault/ATM/CDM with - Senior CER under dual control
• Perform daily checks (random sample of 5% or 5, whichever is lower) on signature verification, transaction validation and technical details for each CER/ Senior CER’s Debit transactions within the CER/ Senior CER’s limit and sign off on the vouchers as evidence of checks.

Management of Service Delivery

• Ensure clients are being served within stipulated standard (refer to scorecard)
• Assist clients in queries; handling feedbacks, complaints that are escalated by CER/Sales staff which includes escalated exceptional investigations and queries and liaising with other functions/department

Referrals

• Generate new sales opportunities by proactively referring client with banking needs to respective Sales Staff for cross-selling & upselling, (except insurance and investment)
• To activate, educate & direct clients to utilise digital/self service terminal (SST) channels

Compliance / Operational Risk

• Dual Control to be observed at all times
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Line Manager & Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities, including controls relating to Guidelines on Fair Dealing and Treating Clients Fairly outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of the organisation
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a highly dynamic work environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative work

The day-to-day

• Serve as the main focal point for customer needs and requirements for all aspects of the Viasat system and service to deliver and grow the accounts
• Manage day to day relationship and lead multiple weekly calls across all levels of customer leadership, as well as leading Quarterly Reviews and Executive Reviews
• Manage Viasat system delivery from concept to purchase order, certification, delivery and installation on aircraft, through to post-installation and aftermarket support for the life of the customer needs
• Develop and deliver on key strategic and revenue growth objectives in collaboration with leadership, targeting both short and long term goals
• Manage a globally dispersed, cross-functional, matrix organization of engineers, developers, operations, logistics and field support as part of the customer program
• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables, including implementation plan, project schedule with milestones, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies
• Build and grow relationship across multiple airline functional areas to establish position as a trusted advisor to the customer
• Be a problem solver that leads by finding solutions and de-escalating issues internally and externally
• Full P&L responsibility with monthly reporting to Segment President
• Lead negotiation with customer covering service agreement, amendments, change orders, pricing, etc.

What you'll need

• Significant of Customer facing Account Management / Customer Success Management experience in a technology-oriented organization
• Ability to live in and / or frequently travel to Asia Pacific region
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical internal and external stakeholders
• Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
• Proficient in productivity applications such as Excel and Project
• English language fluency
