If you are a Field Service professional looking to advance your career in the service space, Emerson has an exciting role for you! Based in Singapore, the Field Service Engineer will be in-charge of site walks and site implementation for Valve Connected Services (VCS) job.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Analyze weekly VCS data and generate monthly report for customers.
· Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valves relating initiatives.
· Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting for valves and control instruments at site for customers.
· Conducts valve repair work both in-house and at customers’ site when required.
· Works with other teams within Final Control Group for customer reports generation on root cause analysis.
· Takes initiative to identify opportunities at site to create Sales leads for Emerson products, services, and solutions.
· Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
· At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in instrumentation, process, or service industry.
· Good knowledge on control valves, control, and instrumentation.
· Aggressive in building a strong rapport with customers, vendors, and internal associates.
· A team player with strong problem-solving skills and task oriented.
· Able to travel on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
· Experience in a service operation or maintenance (mechanical and electrical) is a plus.
