RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Processing and coordinating customers’ orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Communicating with customers through various channel
• Communicating and coordinating with various internal staff and stakeholders as necessary pertaining to customers’ orders, enquiries etc.
• Generate and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Update of product item code in the company’s system and expiry date management of products
• Compile and generate various monthly reports for the sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE O Level / GCE A Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service

• Able to work rotating Saturday duty

• Handle documents for import/export, transshipment operations and orders handling domestic and overseas customers.
