Job Description

1. Lead the Customer Service Department on daily operational matters.

Job Requirements

1. At least Degree & above.

2. At least 10 years of customer service or front line service work experience.

3. Microsoft NAV Navision work experience is an added advantage.

4. 5 days work week including weekends (2 weekdays off).

5. Work Location will be located at one of the locations: 1) Hillview Terrace, 2)Tuas, 3) Macpherson or 4) Woodlands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity/technology preferred.
• Familiarity with DDos, WAF, CDN, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Bespoke Monitoring is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with limited prior experience.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Gross Salary: $4500 to $5500 (with car allowance & Annual Target sales incentive)
Basic Salary: $4000 to $4500 (exclusive of Annual Target sales incentive – 1 to 4 months)

Job Description:
•Lead a team of 10+ technician team
•Management of the Service Department to include the responsibility for the growth of the business and improvement of profitability. This includes, taking service calls, resource scheduling, ensuring correct staffing levels are maintained, generating sales revenue, ensuring margins are suitable, stock and equipment controls, coordination with production staff.
•Assist the General Manager in the development of the Preventative Maintenance business, a specific growth target area of the business.
•Responsibility for the providing of informed and accurate technical advice to potential customers regarding servicing of the Company’s products.
•Assist in the detailing of production paperwork for the correct manufacture of the Company’s Door products as required by the client.
•Effectively negotiate and resolve any disputes in relation to customers, suppliers, or other interested parties that may arise in the normal course of doing business
•Advise the Directors of any matter or incident (including but not limited to product liability), public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, industrial dispute, criminal or civil action alike) that may involve the company or its insurers incurring some form of liability or may reasonably be of interest to the Directors of the Company.
