Key Duties:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Source for product solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Risk and Cyber Security; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin due to the need to liaise with overseas counterparts

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA with one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services

Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing technical expertise, proactive solutions, and tailored support. You'll act as the bridge between the technical and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our 360° AI capture technology.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard: Lead technical onboarding, provide training, and ensure seamless customer deployment of our AI solutions.
• Support: Act as the primary technical contact, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions.
• Feedback: Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
• Monitor: Monitor adoption metrics, identify challenges, and deliver actionable insights to drive customer success.
• Advocate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product updates and showcase customer success stories.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or Facility Management.
• Experience: Project site management experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Site Engineer, in construction projects.
• Customer Focus: Proficiency in customer success, client-facing roles, and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in issue management and prototyping tools like Jira and Figma, with strong problem-solving and workflow mapping capabilities.

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;

· Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;

· Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers;

· To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 1 day upon receipt of reports through eSOS;

· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;

· Ensure immediate response to Customers and close follow-ups with Customers via email, phone call, text messaging and faxes;

· Ensuring customers’ requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;

· Schedule and coordinate with customers on Load Test (LT) / Visual Inspections (VI);

· Ensure all Customers crane details are updated to eSOS accurately;

· Ensure on sending mass emails to customers on new/revised service rates;

· Gather Customers’ feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;

· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service

· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer and Site Management:
