Job Description
- To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints. Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
- Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
- Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
- Organize and coordinate site meetings, conferences.
- Provide admin support to the project team.
- Assist HR department to handle foreign construction worker matters.
- Assist Finance Department for project petty cash claim matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by project manager.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
