Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in and facilitate the conduct of academic activities (e.g., organize workshops and conferences, prepare manuscripts/reports)

What you will be doing:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of teams
• Lead, motivate, and supervise teams of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and accountability.

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facilities management.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

As a Customer Experience and Partnership Manager, you will be in the team responsible for managing EVe’s customers and various stakeholders. In this role, you will develop and refine EVe’s Customer Experience strategy and manage and uplift the customer experience for electric vehicle’s motorists. Responsibilities
