We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented office based Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of dangerous goods while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding dangerous goods packaging and transportation.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers about DG regulations, packaging requirements, and shipping procedures.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate packaging solutions for their dangerous goods.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with local and international DG regulations (e.g., IATA, IMDG, ADR).
• Stay updated on changes in DG regulations and communicate relevant updates to customers and internal teams.

Documentation and Records:

• Prepare and review shipping documents, including DG declarations, packing lists, and labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and DG shipments.

Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to DG packaging and shipping. Coordinate with internal departments

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.

Experience:

• 1 years of experience in logistic customer service.
• Familiarity with cautious regulations and packaging requirements.

• Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
