1. Establish competitive and luxury brand-specific customer experience and operational processes through in-depth user insights and industry research, and implement them in conjunction with showroom management.
2. Identify existing pain points in customer experience within the automotive industry, propose practical operational optimization solutions, and drive their initiation and implementation within the company.
3. Fully understand the company's strategy, Denza's brand image, and positioning to set standards for operational processes and customer experience, iterate and maintain these standards, and ensure their effective execution and supervision through collaboration with various departments, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
4. Continuously optimize service processes and improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition.
5. Continuously analyze data, customer profiles, project tracking, and market research, collaborate with frontline teams, and initiate customer experience innovation projects based on business needs.

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, familiar with the service experience operations processes and models of local luxury car brands.
2. Preference given to candidates with experience in customer experience roles (operations, training, sales, product manager, etc.) in industries such as airlines, five-star hotels, fine dining, and luxury goods.
3. Possess innovative thinking and acute market insight, with a high sensitivity to customer experience.
4. Demonstrate an inclusive, open-minded, and forward-thinking attitude, keeping up with cultural phenomena, new trends, and industry developments.
5. Have strong data analysis skills and be proficient in using common office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximise profits and minimize cost of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent;
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skill
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office applications for administrative work
