What you'll do:
· Primary contact for vehicle owners - assisting with their vehicle management or trade-in, including options for new EV purchases.
· Provide exceptional customer service in all forms of communication.
· Handle incoming leads, assess customer needs, and coordinate test drivers or showroom visits.
· Support clients' post-order and maintain their "excitement" about the brand.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience, creating lifelong customer relationships.
· Stay updated about new products and industry trends.
What you’ll bring:
· Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license.
· Experience in retail sales or service industry is a plus.
· Fresh graduates with no work experience may apply.
