Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization. The position will be working closely with the CEO and the Executive Director and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers and other stakeholders. • Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, serving as an “Official Host” of a few football games each week

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution. Unblocking operational obstacles to growth. 
• Own operational success plans with partners to maximize the value partners get from Wise. This means analyzing the operational performance and being the driver of strategic operational improvements projects with partners and keeping our partners as well as internal teams accountable to follow the timelines on the plan. 
• Scale internal operations. This means looking into the data (on partner-level, regional and global), working closely with servicing teams to understand what are the key friction points caused by platform partnerships and how we can eliminate/ reduce these gaps by negotiating changes with partners, product, engineers and other stakeholders on a regional or global level. Take the lead on driving the cross-team projects implementing these changes. 
• Agree with partners on implementing the endpoints & webhooks. This means exploring what endpoints & webhooks exist and can be helpful and what should be created to help automate internal & partner’s support operational teams by sending the data via API to our partner. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well. 
• Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. • Monitor usage stats and put in place improvement plans for accounts that are struggling to adopt

Primary Function of the Position:

The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager for their region.  This training professional will deliver da Vinci® System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties including urology, gynecology, general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.  The Customer Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training, engineering and training research initiatives.

• Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated training centers and remote centers
• Lead and support Specialized training programs and Society events.  This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants

The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Poly diploma or Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin, Science or Health Sciences.
• Experience in customer service and/or hands-on facial treatments preferred; basic math skills required.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in stock administration and inventory management.
• Comfortable with electronic payment systems and mobile device usage.

Responsibilities

• Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
• Process Purchase Order to vendors
• Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
• Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
• Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Customer Service function
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with a factory in China
