Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization. The position will be working closely with the CEO and the Executive Director and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers and other stakeholders. • Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. Communication:

Problem Solving:
