• Experience in high end furniture delivery is a critical requirement.
• Ability to train and support at high end installations
• A degree ideally in a mechanical or engineering discipline as support for electric items is critical
• Working 6 days a week, and public holidays to give customers the 24 hour experience that they deamnd
• Ability and experience of CRM systems
• Knowledge of delivery approaches
• Ability to monitor and improve all areas of installation and delivery.
• Hands on during container unloading
• Expertise in developing quality processes.

Our client is a Singapore based company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their Service Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of Service Engineer:

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
• Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in relevant field
• Experience in related field
• Experience in servicing Refrigeration / Robotic Liquid equipment is an added advantage

Job Description:

· Handle patient enquiries, registration of patients, making of appointment

· Cashier duties which includes reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash

· Dispensing medication as per prescription including simple stock take on a regular basis

· Assist physicians such as preparation of room and apparatus, general housekeeping for the clinic
