Type of employment: full-time, roster based on Vietnam Airlines’ flight schedule. Immediate work commencement

Your primary duties include:

· Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;

· Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction;

· Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems

· Acting and/or forwarding passengers' claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team

· Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month

· Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.

Our successful candidate must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements:

· The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;

· Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline’s passenger and flight service an advantage

· Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Sabre is an advantage

Customer Service cum Operations Executive (Air & Sea)

Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals.
• Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
• Handle Shipment – process documentation, manifest, invoices, cost capturing
• Coordinate with airlines and co-loaders to arrange for space booking
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, warehouse, and transport sub-contractors, collection of goods with the traffic controller
• Liaison and Attending to Customs, Agents, and Government Authorities enquires
• Ensure full compliance with customs and airport regulations
• Ensures SOP alignment to customer expectations and company's agreed standards of performance.
• Support the Sales Department in quoting, liaising, and following up.
• To promote our service to new clients.
• Handling of permit declaration in timely and accurate handling of all tradenet declarations and submissions.
• Ensure Costing and billing are completed timely and files are closed correctly within a given timeframe.
• Operations to assist and work closely with the warehouse.
• Accomplish any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage
• Possess sound knowledge of permit declaration would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of CCN/ Customs Regulations will be an added advantage
• Must be able to work towards deadlines and according to SOPs and KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications.
• Good working attitude, hardworking and able to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description:

This is a full role for an Air Export Customer Service located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
