Your key tasks

• Highly motivated team player with a customer focused mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented attitude

• Racing licence and/or ‘Porsche Certified Instructor’ certification is a plus

Core Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales Department and other stakeholders to provide services to tenants
• Schedule appointments for clients
• Perform tenant check-in and check-out
• Perform payment collection procedures
• Manage tenants’ feedback and enquiries
• Perform service recovery
• Promote use of automated or self-help services
• Identify situations where tenant require additional attention
• Prepare meeting rooms
• Monitor inventories of stationaries
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions
• Participate in the execution of designated emergency response tasks

Requirements

• People orientated with excellent customer service skill
• Communication skills (written/verbal)
• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
• Able to perform rotating shift between Monday - Friday
